# How Starlecta measures

Every figure Starlecta publishes names the date its counters were read, is rounded the same way each time, and is corrected in the open when it turns out to be wrong. The four pages below explain the method behind the reports and tools.

- [Instagram brand tracking: method](https://starlecta.com/en/methodology/brand-tracking.md): How Starlecta counts brand activity on Instagram: the tracked accounts and how they grew, how a brand is matched, why a mention is not a paid partnership, how values are labelled, and the engagement rate denominators.
- [Story view estimation](https://starlecta.com/en/methodology/story-views.md): What the Starlecta Story view estimate models, which inputs it uses, its limits, and the fact that no public validation is published yet.
- [Corrections policy](https://starlecta.com/en/methodology/corrections.md): How to report an error in a Starlecta report or page, and how a correction is recorded and dated.
- [Version history](https://starlecta.com/en/methodology/version-history.md): Dated record of changes to published Starlecta reports and methodology pages.
