Corrections policy

Reports and pages of Starlecta can contain mistakes. This page says how to report one and how a correction is recorded.

01

Report an error

Write to support@starlecta.com.

  • Give the page address or the name of the PDF, the statement or figure you think is wrong, what you think is right, and a source if you have one.
  • An error in a number, a brand or sector assignment, a name or a date all count.
  • Requests to remove an influencer account from the public pages and tools go to the same address.
02

How a correction is made

  • The page is corrected, and where the error is in a PDF the PDF is reprinted.
  • Each correction is recorded as a dated entry on the Version history page, with what changed and which reports it touches. A correction is not made silently.
03

How corrections are dated

  • An entry carries the day the correction was published. That day can differ from the report's published date, its period and the day its counters were read, which every weekly report prints separately.
  • Dates are written in full, for example 30 October 2026.
04

What is not a correction

  • A later figure for a later date is not a correction. A report is a snapshot of its period and prints the day its counters were read.
